1. Information We Collect
1.1 Personal Information You Provide
When you register for early access to the Staff Helm pilot program, we collect the following information:
- Contact Information: Name, work email address
- Company Information: Agency/company name
- Business Information: Number of no-shows per month (qualification data), pricing tier interest (Starter/Professional/Enterprise), current solution for handling no-shows
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information about your device and browsing activity:
- Usage Data: Pages viewed, time spent on pages, scroll depth, button clicks
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type
- Analytics Data: IP address (anonymized), referring website, timestamp
- Marketing Data: UTM parameters (source, campaign, medium, term, content)
1.3 Technologies We Use
We use the following technologies to collect information:
- Local Storage: We store analytics events locally in your browser before sending them to our servers
- JavaScript Tracking: We use JavaScript to track user interactions and form submissions
- Beacon API: We use the browser's sendBeacon API to send analytics data when you leave the page

Important: No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6.1 Access and Correction

6.2 Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@staffhelm.com. We will delete your information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

- Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email
- Emailing hello@staffhelm.com with your opt-out request
Note: Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you transactional or service-related communications.
6.4 Do Not Track
Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature. Our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, as there is no industry standard for how to respond to these signals.
7. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using our website, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries where we operate.

Our website is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us immediately at hello@staffhelm.com, and we will delete it.
