14.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in New Mexico. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Staff Helm individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Staff Helm regarding use of the website and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
